  • Ontario or Nova Scotia Presence: I confirm I will be physically located in Ontario or Nova Scotia for the duration of the call.

  • Safety Screening: I am not currently experiencing "red flag" symptoms such as chest pain, high fever, or severe abdominal pain that require immediate in-person emergency care.

  • Physical Exam Awareness: I understand that if my provider determines an in-person physical assessment is necessary, I will be directed to a local clinic and my fee will be refunded.

Step 2: Prepare Your Digital Exam Room

  • Camera & Sound: Test your camera, microphone, and speakers. Use headphones for increased privacy.

  • Environment: Choose a quiet, well-lit, private space with a neutral background where you can speak openly about your health.

Step 3: Gather Necessary Information

  • Identification: Have your government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License), OHIP ready to verify your identity on camera.

  • Medical Details: Prepare a list of current medications (or have the bottles nearby) and your preferred pharmacy's contact details.

Step 4: Joining the Session
