Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up appointments are $75 and occur according to your individualized care plan, ensuring continued support and progress at your own pace.

Virtual NP Monthly Membership

Our virtual Nurse Practitioner services are private-pay, as NP services cannot be billed directly to OHIP. Labs may be covered if the patient has a valid OHIP number.
